Smoothie Bowls

Mixed Berry & Banana

I Ingredients

Fresh spinach (that’s been in the freezer)

1 banana

Fresh blueberries

Frozen blueberries

Granola

Shredded coconut

Chopped walnuts (optional)

Cinnamon (optional)

Water or almond milk

Step 1: Cut the banana in half. One half will be sliced for the top of the finished smoothie bowl, the other half can be thrown into the blender.

Step 2: Add the frozen blueberries and a handful of the frozen fresh spinach (Add a pinch of cinnamon if desired)

Step 3: Add approx. 1 cup of water or almond milk (you can use more or less depending on how thick you want the consistency to be- since this is a bowl, I would recommend a thicker consistency)

Step 4: Blend until smooth (Add a little more liquid if you don’t like the way it’s blending)

Step 5: Pour mixture into a bowl, top with the sliced banana, fresh blueberries, shredded coconut and granola (you can also top with the chopped nuts, extra cinnamon, and any other fresh fruit)

Eat with a spoon and enjoy!

*You can also add protein powder, chia seeds, oats, turmeric or any other spice/addition you like in your normal smoothies
